Wissahickon Trail Improvement
Return to Project pagePhiladelphia Parks & Recreation and Friends of the Wissahickon engaged the contractor Skelly and Loy in their “Sustainable Trails Initiative” along the Wissahickon trail system. Full Circle mushroom compost was used to improve soil conditions under the wood chips, in the tree plantings and for erosion control.
